PCH Forensics is committed to maintaining an ongoing record of all files, reports, statements, attachments, photographs and video footage which we prepare or obtain during the course of our inquiries and investigations. To this end, we prepare a fresh electronic file for each new set of instructions and use Adobe Acrobat to retain pdf copies of all collected or created records. We also complete a daily back up our entire system and retain all paper files and storage CDs for a minimum of 5 years.
It is company policy to provide our clients with a formal notification of the receipt of any new instructions. This is routinely done by email and/or telephone within 48 hours of the receipt of your instructions.
It is company policy to complete our factual investigation and surveillance reports within 20 business days of the receipt of the instructions.
It is company policy to immediately notify the instructing client by email and or telephone in the event that circumstances outside our control prevent our enquiries from being completed within this time frame.
