CORPORATE INTRODUCTION
The word “forensics” is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as, “of or used in courts of law”. At PCH Forensics we prepare statements, collect documentary and physical evidence and inspect and photograph any relevant accident scene in the hope that, if necessary, any evidence obtained can be used in a court of law. Our primary goal is to provide our clients with reports containing all the available evidence associated with a given incident or accident. It is hoped that by providing these reports in a readily digestible form our clients will be able to make an informed decision when determining how to resolve a minor insurance claim or complex litigated court proceedings. Our core services therefore include the preparation of witness statements, statutory declarations and affidavits; inspecting, photographing and assessing accident scenes; collecting and analysing all available relevant records and video; and preparing related factual reports. We also carry out covert surveillance and prepare related surveillance reports.
PCH Forensics predominately operates in NSW and the ACT but on request, we can also arrange for our agents to conduct enquires in any other Australian state or territory. Our factual investigation team consists largely of qualified lawyers with practical experience in the investigation of Common Law negligence, Workers Compensation, CTP Personal Injury and all manner of other insurance related and litigated claims. Our surveillance team consists of highly experience operatives who have state of art surveillance vehicles, equipment and cameras and the necessary patience and skill to locate and covertly pursue and video any nominated person of interest. All of our investigators and surveillance operatives are licensed under the Commercial Agents and Private Enquiries Agents Act (NSW) 2004 and are required to carry these licenses whenever undertaking any assignment on our client’s behalf.
